I made a poster to hang up at work. It says, roughly this. Only prettier.
May the work we undertake today be for the benefit of all beings. May challenges remind me that all beings face challenges. May my fears remind me that all beings face fear.
May my actions demonstrate that love is stronger than fear, that creativity is stronger than helplessness, that every moment offers a choice.
May I choose the loving path, where listening to my heart leads me to beauty, and listening to my friends leads me to connection
And may I remember to breathe — strong and deep — to breathe in compassion for myself and all beings
